Gilbert locals who are feeling patriotic may want to attend the upcoming Constitution Fair—an evening of entertainment that will be part of this year’s Constitution Week celebrations.
The evening’s performance will be given by singer Lee Greenwood and the 350-voice Millennial Choir. Other things to see will include the Arizona Fallen soldier display at the town square, a military helicopter, and skydivers. For the children, there will be patriotic activities like a Kids’ Stage (a puppet show and a magician) and a treasure hunt.
Though feeling hungry can comfort themselves with a range of food vendors, and other activities to enjoy include American history displays and the Ringing of the Liberty Bell. The evening will be topped off with fireworks. Sponsors of the event will have displays, and those who attend the fair may find it convenient to share digital Business Cards, perhaps supplied in advance by a Gilbert-based Print company.
Other events during the week will include a Boy Scout Clinic at which Scouts can work on their Citizenship Merit Badges, a Treasure Quest, Fortress Stone Patriotic Music, and an Art & Essay contest for both adults and students.
Constitution Week got underway yesterday and continues until this Saturday, September 20. The fair in Gilbert is being held on Saturday from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Gilbert Town Square.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Print
