Gilbert’s Hale Centre Theatre is hosting a performance by The 3 International Tenors for one week only this September.
The group is a tribute ensemble paying homage to the original 3 Tenors: Enrico Caruso, Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli, which formed as a trio with their debut televised performance during the FIFA World Cup in Italy in 1990. This new lineup features the vocal talents of Johnny Huerta, Guillermo Ontiveros, and Robert Erlichman.
Like the original group, The 3 International Tenors aims to make the world of opera accessible to wider audiences, with the performance of classic songs like “Ave Maria,” “Time to Say Goodbye,” and “Nessun Dorma.”
While the music is executed in an operatic style, the show includes songs from a wide range of genres, including pop, forming a combination known as “Popera.”
The performance is taking place in the new venue within the Hale Centre Theatre, the Hale Concert Hall. A state-of-the-art facility, the concert hall features seating that fully surrounds the stage in a circular pattern, with extra leg room for audiences. The venue is also located in the heart of downtown Gilbert.
Vocal performances like this may choose to use brochure printing to create audience programs, season schedules, and venue pamphlets.
The 3 International Tenors are performing at 7:30 pm each night from Tuesday, September 1 to Saturday, September 5 at the Hale Centre Theatre at 50 W Page Ave in Gilbert.
