Three dates have been scheduled for this year’s Gilbert’s H20 Fest. This aquatic event will feature plenty of H20, a myriad of slides, water obstacles, music, and food trucks.
Tickets will be available as of May 9 and must be purchased before June 6. Admission will be $10 per guest, and kids under the age of three will not be allowed. Adults must accompany children under the age of 12. Four available timeslots will be an hour and a half each, beginning at 9:00 am on each of the three days. There will be half hour rest periods between each time slot. Wristbands are to be picked up 15 minutes before timeslot entry times.
Attendees are advised to wear swimsuits or clothes that can get wet, and swim shoes.
Three sponsorships are available. The $100 Community Sponsor includes one onsite booth space. The $300 Slide Sponsor will receive booth space, their company name on signage at a specified slide, and live announcements. The $2,000 Presenting Sponsors, along with the on-site booth spaces and recognition during the festivities, will receive recognition in social media and in The Parks and Recreation newsletter, and have their Logo Design on Signs throughout the obstacle course. Eight complimentary passes are also included.
This year’s H2O Fest will be June 1, June 22, and July 20, all of which are Thursdays. The fun will be located at the Freestone Park lawn and parking lot 1045 E. Juniper Avenue.
