In a week’s time, Xavier University will again be hosting its annual Fall Festival. Kids and adults alike can enjoy those carnival rides like the cleverly named berry-go-round, Ferris wheel, and Tilt-a-whirl.
The traditional midway games, fall-related activities, and carnival treats will also be available. Although admission will be free, the rides, activities, food and games will carry a fee.
Wristbands will be necessary to ride the rides and participate in the activities and games, and discounted ones can be purchased right now via the university’s website. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Food vendors will be available on the Friday and Saturday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Also during those times, local businesses sponsoring the event will have information booths where they will distribute Brochures and freebies, such as promotional Pens.
Presenting sponsors (those businesses that sponsor at the highest level) will not only have booth space but have their logos added to the event banner, newspaper ads, promotional materials, and social media posts. They will also get recognition on the event’s promotional video and website. Businesses may want to seriously consider sponsoring this event, since the estimated attendance per night is predicted to be in excess of 1,000 people.
The event will be held at Crossroads Park, in Gilbert, from Thursday, October 8 to Sunday, October 11.Get a Free Quote for Pens Get a Free Quote for Brochures
