Runners here in Gilbert will be lacing up for the wrap up event of the 12th annual Arizona Sunrise Series 5k coming in early August.
The 5k will be limited to 700 runners and registration is $35 until July 8th when it will go up to $40 and $50 on race day.

Groups that participate together in running events like this often have local print shops create a logo design and print the design on colorful matching team shirts.

The 5k course will be a mix of concrete and gravel paths around the park and walkers, wheelchairs, wagons and strollers are welcome.
Race packets will be available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday August 8th at Tempe Road Runner Sports, 43 S. McClintock Drive, Tempe.
