Two actors from ‘Only An Excuse’ and ‘Still Game’ are set to appear at the town’s Carnegie Hall, as part of the Actors Studio sessions created by ONFife. James Mackenzie and Jonathan Watson are the stars in question and the show will follow the format of previous successful ones.
This means that those attending will find the actors sharing stories from behind the scenes of these shows and others they have been involved with Attendees will also have the chance to ask questions of their own.
The host for the evening will be Ross Owen, a comic and actor, and fans of these comedies will not want to miss it. Speaking to the Dunfermline Press, Scott Kyle, the programming manager for Fife Cultural Trust, stated:
“We want to bring industry professionals into our buildings to inspire the next generation of actors and hopefully give people a real insight into how to get a head start in show business.”
The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday 13th May. Event organisers putting shows like this together can use local printers who provide services such as flyer printing to ensure it is promoted within the community.
