The Peel Group, who are the brains behind a number of high-profile property developments including Salford Quays and Glasgow Harbour, has commissioned Manchester-based marketing agency Drumbeat Creative to produce the brochure in conjunction with local brochure printers.
Dunfermline is currently undergoing significant regeneration and could potentially benefit from working with a company like the Peel Group. As it stands, work is already underway in Dunfermline city centre, with a new Tesco superstore being built in the area and Plans for more regeneration still to come. Councillor Tony Martin spoke about the redevelopment work, saying:
“In the last five years, Dunfermline has been transformed with the major developments of the Kingsgate and new bus station and now a superstore, complete with petrol station. I am very pleased at the major investment and development taking place in our city.”
The Peel Group are becoming more and more well known for their regeneration efforts and the new brochure should help them to secure even more contracts for new projects over the coming years. A spokesperson for the Peel Group spoke to The Drum magazine, saying:
“Peel is a modern, dynamic, forward-looking group of businesses. The new portfolio brochure reaffirms the integrity of the Peel brand and the centre-spread feature does an excellent job of promoting our support and ambition for Atlantic Gateway.”
An online version of the brochure will also be made available.
