A Dunfermline filling station is set to be knocked down so that new houses can be built on the site, following the decision by Fife Council to give the Plans the go ahead.
The developer behind this project is Eskbank Property Ltd and it is planning to demolish Pitbauchlie Service Station so that it can build five new homes on the site. This disused service station is situated adjacent to a mini roundabout that connects Blacklaw Road with Aberdour Road and was last employed as a car wash and showroom.
All five of the houses set to be built on the site are three-bedroom properties and all will have large gardens at the back as well as smaller front gardens. There will be a private shared driveway and parking room for two vehicles, while a bicycle shop is also part of the plans.
Once work on new housing projects like this gets underway, printing services in Dunfermline are sometimes called upon to provide full colour brochure printing services showing off what the homes will look like.
A report concerning this development has been published by the local council and states that it chose to approve the project because the high quality of the building materials and the project’s scale both ensured its visual impact would be positive.Get a Free Quote for Plans
