Food and Craft Show comes to Dunfermline

The organisations responsible for the popular Dunfermline Food and Craft Show, Kingsgate Shopping Centre and Dunfermline Delivers, have confirmed that the event will take place again this month.

Last year saw the debut of the event and it proved to be a smash hit with residents of the town, with both organisations now hoping to capitalise on this by making the 2017 show even bigger and better.

Kingsgate is set to host roughly 40 different stalls that will feature the finest crafts and produce, showcasing local talent and taste. Among them will be the Traybake decoration organised by Caketastic, while Grill 48 will offer lessons in cooking.

Residents will also be able to take part in an event to create their own mocktails at the outlet, while Sew Yarn Craft will be hosting fun workshops for children aged 5-10, where they can create pom-pom pets.

Dunfermline Delivers events manager, Chris Foote, told the Dunfermline Press that:

“There are top class eateries and retailers in Dunfermline. Many are long established but some are newer and many people may still not know about them yet. This event will again provide a stage to showcase what the town has to offer.”

It will be held on 29th and 30th April and events like this often rely on flyer printing for advertising.
