A new housing development could be built at a site in Dunfermline, with the developer behind the Plans having submitted them to Fife Council in the hopes of getting planning permission.
First Endeavour LLP wants to construct a development that would consist of 15 houses, as well as 30 care apartments as an extra part of the project. The chosen site for this development is between Leys Park Road and Bellyeoman Road in Dunfermline, and it used to be home to a transport depot owned by Fife Council.
Brochure printing that has been supplied by shops in Dunfermline can be a way for developers like this one to showcase their available homes for purchase or rent.
According to the Dunfermline Press, the statement that First Endeavour LLP submitted alongside its Plans says that housing for people in the town is urgently required, and that this development would meet the needs of multiple groups, as well as making use of a vacant brownfield area. It then goes on to say that:
“The proposals will deliver new homes in a setting which is both legible, permeable and attractive. The site is well located to take advantage of existing facilities and will integrate with the surroundings.”
The statement concludes by pointing out that the homes would have modern designs but would blend in with the character of the wider area.
