This shop will be located in
the high street, at number 135, and is set to provide the centre of town with a boost.
Fife Council has received a planning application for the addition of illuminated Signs on the front of the shop, which will feature the iconic Pandora design, and a comprehensive selection of the brand’s products is to be offered within the store.
City of Dunfermline area committee chair, Councillor Helen Law, told the Dunfermline Press that she was delighted the company had decided to set up shop in the area.
She went on to add that the committee welcomed Pandora to Dunfermline High Street:
“It adds to the destination feel of people looking for a particular thing.
“It feels like we’re seeing the fruits of our labour in enhancing the city centre.”
When the Pandora outlet opens it will be able to turn to catalogue printing in Dunfermline to supply it with high quality, glossy Catalogues showcasing the items it has to offer customers.
Law also stated that attempts to improve the centre of Dunfermline relied on people visiting the shops based there, but added that she felt the regeneration was beginning to pick up speed now.
