One of the most famous faces on the UK comedy scene will be coming to Dunfermline next summer to showcase his latest near the knuckle gags.
Jimmy Carr will be doing a show in the town as one of the stops on his tour of the UK, which is set to get underway in the spring of 2019. The Alhambra Theatre will serve as the venue for this show by the funnyman, who has become a household name thanks to his presenting on the comedy panel show 8 Out Of 10 Cats.
Carr has made his name with gags and routines that push the boundaries of good taste and his new tour is accompanied by a warning to potential audience members who may find some of the material a bit too edgy.
The tour is named ‘Terribly Funny’ and will be kicking off during May next year. It will see him visit much of the UK, as well as Ireland, over the course of a lengthy run that is scheduled to end a year and a half later in December 2020.
