Dhoom is situated on New Row, Dunfermline and is in contention for a prize at this year’s Scottish Asian Food & Curry Awards. It has been nominated in the category ‘Asian Street Food of the Year’ and announced the good news via its official page on the social media site Facebook.
According to the Dunfermline Press, the announcement said:
“This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering the finest and most authentic Asian street food experience to our cherished guests. Thank you for your continued support and love.”

This is certainly not the first time that Dhoom has found itself earning awards recognition. It won a key prize at the 2023 Asian Restaurant Awards (Scotland). On that occasion, the award was the Fife and Central region Asian Restaurant of the Year.
Now the owners will be hoping that they can follow it up with a second triumph. The winners of the Scottish Asian Food & Curry Awards will be announced in November.
