A local newspaper columnist and fitness fanatic is looking to improve the well-being of Ayrshire residents with a day dedicated to celebrating exercise.
Lorraine Howard, a fitness instructor from Ayrshire, current runs exercise classes around the region. Howard also writes a fitness column for the Irvine Herald, a local newspaper, and it was in this column that Howard announced her Plans to organise North Ayrshire Fitness Day. Howard's column generally covers fitness news from around the region as well as updates on exercise trends and classes, so she is well-placed to create a day dedicated to celebrating exercise in the area.
North Ayrshire Fitness Day is an event that is designed to raise awareness of the benefits of staying in shape and to celebrate the exercise achievements of local people.
Howard used her column to talk about the promotion of North Ayrshire Fitness Day and stated that she would be creating printed promotional material in the form of Posters and stickers. Many local Print companies in Ayr would be able to help promote the day by producing professional-looking advertising material using techniques like full colour poster printing.
Ayr and the surrounding towns are home to a number of gyms, swimming pools and fitness classes that are open to the general public. By running a day celebrating exercise in the area, local people will become more aware of the facilities on offer and will be more inclined to use them.
More details of North Ayrshire Fitness Day will be available in Lorraine Howard's fitness column, which can be found on the Irvine Herald website.Get a Free Quote for Posters Get a Free Quote for Plans Get a Free Quote for Print
