'Jack Docherty in The Chief – No Apologies' is about to embark on a tour, and is due to make an appearance in Ayr at the beginning of April.
He takes on the role of Chief Commissioner Cameron Miekelson, who features in both BBC Scotland's popular 'Scot Squad' and notably 'The Chief'. Jack will be delivering his humour on the stage, not to mention, elucidating gems of wisdom for the benefit of the audience.
The Chief’s ‘Apology sketch’ went viral achieving over 80 million hits, and this is an opportunity to see him live. There will also be other sketches aired in 'Scot Squad' as well as a host of new jokes. He inevitably turns his attention to the national scene, including its politics, families, football, bams, biscuits and policing.
Jack has agreed to give readings from his forthcoming memoir, 'No Apologies', which details in truth a meteoric life story. The rise of a white, middle-class, Edinburgh public school boy who surmounted all obstacles to emerge as Scotland's Chief Commissioner of Police.
Tickets range in price from £18.00 to £25.00 and are subject to a transaction fee. Print shops shouldn't be discounted as resource when it comes to advertising a comedy show or theatrical event.
