It is anticipated that the members of this club will be able to begin using the new facility, which cost £1.5m to complete, towards the finish of this month.
South Ayrshire Council has given its approval to the application submitted by the club for the venue to be utilised as a licensed premises suitable for the whole family and able to hold a maximum of 180 people.
This approval was the final stage that needed to be reached for the project, as it enables the clubhouse to offer visitors and members catering for outdoor events, bar meals and live televised sports coverage.
The tourism spokesman for Ayrshire Council, Bill Grant, told the Daily Record that he was thrilled that the new clubhouse was close to completion and was eagerly anticipating the big opening, adding:
“By investing in Belleisle we aim to make the clubhouse a sustainable business and I’m confident the public will embrace the new building when they see it for themselves.”
Facilities such as this are always able to rely on places offering newsletter printing if they are keen to keep their members informed about events they have planned.
