Christmas range unveiled by hospice in Ayr

The retail team from the Ayrshire Hospice has announced the official launch of its range of Christmas products for this year, after they were delivered to its shop in Ayr’s Kyle Street.

The special Christmas store for the hospice has now opened for business and is offering local people a variety of accessories, gifts and cards with a seasonal theme. As in previous years, the hospice has created its own range of cards, with these having proven enormously popular in the area and helping to provide vital income for the organisation.

Those connected with the hospice feel that the range for 2016 represents their strongest yet, including more than 70 cards featuring high grade, attractive designs, the annual hospice calendar and a number of festive badges.

This year’s calendar has appealing images of the landscape in Ayrshire, complete with the area’s wildlife, with all of the pictures having been taken by photographers from Ayrshire. A photograph of a stag taken at Arran’s Glen Rosa adorns the front cover.

Senior Fundraising Officer for the hospice, Claire Stuart-Paulin, told the Ayr Advertiser that:

“I am like a kid at Christmas when the new Christmas cards come in. Each one is more beautiful than the next making it very difficult to decide which ones to buy!”

Full colour printing in Ayr is often used for creating products like these.
