A car dealership in Ayr is all set to undergo an expansion and refurbishment, with the confirmation that the local council has given the go ahead to these Plans.
South Ayrshire Council approved the plans that were submitted by Park’s Motor Group at a recent meeting. This company has a dealership that is situated in Heathfield Road, Ayr and it is that facility which will undergo expansion. The agent that represented Park’s Motor Group during the application process was Nimmo & Partners LLP. It provided a statement outlining what the proposed changes would involve.
The extension will be built on the west of the car showroom and will provide greater space for the display of vehicles. It will have frames that are made out of steel and cladding panels added to the exterior. There will also be sizeable windows with double glazing, so that the public can view available cars from outside.

In addition to constructing the extension, Park’s Motor Group will renovate its current building. Much of that work will be on the interiors, but there will be small changes made to its south elevation too.
The application confirmed that staffing levels at the dealership will stay the same.
