UK half marathon from hell comes to Tunbridge Wells
A half marathon event dubbed ‘Hell Down South’ will be held in the wet and hilly wilds of Eridge Park in East Sussex.
The epic HellRunner race day for Tunbridge Wells is organised by Rat Race Events, a specialist provider of sporting challenges in the UK. Promoters of outdoor events can advertise using poster printing services to encourage the public to take part.
Along with the gruelling HellRunner half marathon, other races are scheduled for the day. For entrants seeking a less challenging trail, the day offers ‘Halfway to Hell’, a shorter run of 10km and the ‘Hell of a Marathon’ consisting of just two laps of HellRunner course.
Inspiring all the family to attend the occasion, Hellrunner also offers options for children to join in the races. The ‘Little Devils Kids Run’ is a 2km course designed for little ones with an option to complete another lap for those with stamina.
The new site for the Hell Down South event, the historic Eridge Park Estate, is a private venue that offers challenging but beautiful terrain for competitors. Water features, ancient woodland and rolling hills, not to mention plenty of mud will be waiting for all who enter.
A host of options for eating will be available on the day along with music, theatre and performers on stilts.
