An event dedicated to one of the hip-hop music scene’s most famous faces is scheduled for a Tunbridge Wells venue this winter.
The Forum Tunbridge Wells will extend a warm welcome to talented tribute artist Michael Mathers this coming February. Regarded as the premier Eminem tribute act in Europe, Mathers is renowned for his faithful recreation of a live show by the much-loved rap star.
The evening event is designed to celebrate the music of Eminem while honouring the 25-year anniversary of his third studio album, “The Marshall Mathers LP”, which was produced by Public Enemy’s Dr Dre and The 45 King.
Recording artists often include their Logo Design on their album covers. The key feature of Eminem’s logo is a letter “E” printed backwards.
A seminal album, The Marshall Mathers LP contained many stand-out tracks that defined Eminem’s musical career, like the hit single “The Real Slim Shady” and the dark tale of “Stan”.
Born in 1972 as Marshall Bruce Mathers III, Eminem is credited with bringing hip-hop to Middle America and is regarded by many as one of the world’s greatest rappers.
“A Celebration of Eminem & 25 Years of The Marshall Mathers LP” will be performed live at the Forum by Michael Mathers on Saturday, February 1. The venue is situated on The Common in Fonthill, Tunbridge Wells and the show will begin at 7.30 pm.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design
