Festive cooking arriving in Tunbridge Wells
An Italian culinary course with a Christmas theme will take place in Tunbridge Wells this coming winter.
Those who love to cook in Tunbridge Wells will be able to take part in a festive learning experience this December. Dubbed “An Italian Christmas”, the educational opportunity from the Ashdown Manna Cookery School is a seasonal edition of its popular Italian cooking course.
The full day practical course involves tuition delivered by a professional chef, all necessary ingredients, aprons, a three-course lunch accompanied by wine and a dish designed for two to take home. Attendees will also receive laminated recipe cards, so they can try cooking an Italian Christmas feast on their own for friends and families.
Restaurants and schools creating recipe cards often reach out to experienced printing services to create durable products designed for multiple uses.
Sample dishes on the menu will include Crostini di Polenta served with wild mushrooms, porchetta (roasted and stuffed pork belly), smoked salmon ravioli using black pepper pasta, gnocchi in a basil, olive and tomato sauce, gorgonzola and Barolo risotto and, finally, Tiramisu panettone.
The “An Italian Christmas” course will be held at the Ashdown Manna Cookery School on Sunday, December 3. The school can be found at 5 Lodgefield Farm in Blackham, Tunbridge Wells and the course will start at 10am, running until 4pm. The price of enrolment is £140.00 per person.
