Cabot Aviation joins Air Partner
Air Partner has obtained services delivered by Cabot Aviation, a business located in Tunbridge Wells.
The deal was reportedly worth a maximum of £1.2 million. Cabot Aviation may use a print company in Tunbridge Wells if its management wishes to step up its marketing.

Whitty has made it clear how new clients are important to the future of his group. Cabot Aviation has become a specialist in the refurbishment of old aircraft. In contrast, Air Partner has been engaged in the provision of commercial, freight and private flights.
Mark Briffa, the chief executive for Air Partner, has welcomed the deal as being of potential advantage to the clients of both entities. Malcolm Holt, the chairperson of Cabot Aviation, has explained how the core values of the two businesses are similar in terms of a commitment to excellence.
Cabot Aviation was created back in 1998. Air Partner has been leasing aeroplanes to established airlines, but it may be able to get more clients with the assistance of Cabot Aviation. It is hoped that the expertise associated with the latter business could enable the organisation to offer leases in a more varied way than it has in the past.
