Swindon to host job fair

A jobs fair has been organized by Recruitment Events UK and it is set to be held in Swindon later this week.

It is designed for people presently looking for a job and those who may be thinking of a career change. It provides an opportunity for potential employers and employees to speak directly to one another and also acts as a useful forum for networking and making useful contacts.

Those attending can enquire about the various types of employment, register their interest with one or more employers, obtain information about a host of companies and numerous sectors, put in a job application and possibly even have an on-the-spot interview.

It is recommended that attendees bring along Copies of an up-to-date CV and some Business Cards, as between 20 and 26 companies will be present at the event. These will include employers in the healthcare and childcare sectors such as Nurseplus, which will be recruiting nurses and nursing assistants, and Capstone Foster Care, which is seeking foster carers.

There is no attendance fee or need to register in advance. Events such as this often use printing services to advertise upcoming fairs and conferences to the local community.

The Swindon Jobs Fair will take place between 10am and 1pm on Friday 30th August at the County Ground, home of Swindon Football Club.
