Swindon is set to get a new indoor golf attraction, with the news that the council has given Plans for it the nod.
Those plans involve converting a building that used to house a motorcycle showroom. This building is part of the Elgin Industrial Estate and was formerly Mega Motorcycle Store. This business closed its doors almost a decade ago though and the unit has been empty ever since. Now, it is going to be turned into a golf simulator centre, complete with cutting-edge technological equipment.
When it opens, the centre will have six golf simulators and a putting green in the middle of the facility. It will also have spaces for people to sit and watch, a cafe and toilets for both sexes.
Brochure printing by shops in Swindon can be useful to the owners of local entertainment facilities. This is because they often need Brochures that tell people what they have to offer.
The man behind this centre is Paul Simpson. He owns the West Berkshire Golf Club. In the statement he included alongside his application, he said that the centre would be ideal for professionals as well as those who play for fun.
Swindon Borough Council agreed to the plans on the condition that work on the conversion starts before 2029. It must also be used purely as a golf simulator.
The attraction is expected to provide 12 new jobs.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Plans
