The stand-up comic Rhys James is on the road with his 'Spilt Milk' show and is due to play a gig in Swindon towards the end of October.
He started out in 2009 performing in student competitions such as ‘Chortle's Student Comedy Award’ and then in 2010's ‘Comedy Central's Funniest Student’. That same year saw him make his Edinburgh debut for The Pleasance Comedy Reserve and once again in 2012 with AAA-Stand Up.
Rhys is a quick-witted writer, with lots of clever and intricate jokes in which the punchlines are rarely more than a couple of seconds apart. This talent includes writing material for Russell Howard's Good News.
Amongst his list of TV credits are BBC Two's 'Mock The Week' and 'Live At The Apollo' as well as BBC One's 'Celebrity Mastermind'. He also had a lead role in ‘The Great American Joke Off’ for a US TV network and has appeared in Sky One's ‘A League Of Their Own’.
Rhys’s last UK tour, which consisted of 70-plus dates, was a complete sell-out, and he recently released the third of his ARIA-nominated BBC Radio 4 series.
Tickets cost £22 and may be subject to a transaction fee. Print shops are a valuable resource when it comes to making preparations for a comedy show or theatrical event.
Rhys James's gig will commence at 7.30pm on Saturday 21st October at Swindon Arts Centre.Get a Free Quote for Print
