Swindon gets to grips with etiquette

A Business Etiquette Training Day, presented by Mangates, is due to take place in Swindon early in September.

This course sets out to analyse how certain types of behaviours in an organisation can impact others and the business as a whole. It seeks to raise the general level of awareness in the workplace in pursuit of a common set of standards.

Business Etiquette training helps people to create better professional relationships in a wide variety of employment settings, including remote working. The intention is to encourage individuals to think more deeply about their behaviour.

Topics covered in this session will include: What is Business Etiquette? The Power of Listening, E-Mail Etiquette, The Impact of the Words We Use and Exploring our Personal Impact.

This training is designed for a broad spectrum of people, such as supervisors, team leaders, managers and human resources professionals. The instructors are all experts with professional experience, and this is combined with tailored training methods.

Tickets cost between £588.10 and £857.60, with refunds available for up to seven days prior to the event. Those attending events like this might consider having some extra business card printing arranged for networking purposes.

The Business Etiquette Training Day will take place between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on Friday, September 10 at Regus, The Windmill Hill Business Park, Swindon.
