As well as in Swindon, Monahans has offices in several locations, including Chippenham and Bath. The chartered accountants took on Brooks because of his experience in dealing with the tax affairs of private clients. Local businesses which take on new staff can use newsletter printing from Swindon to engage with their existing personnel.
Brooks told Swindon Business News:
“I am looking forward to assisting Monahans in growing and developing their already strong and established tax consultancy offering in the specialist private client area.”
Brooks said that he liked working with a variety of clients. He specified that he was keen to work with people from different sectors of industry.
While Brooks will primarily be based in Bath, he will be accessible in other locations too. Clients will be able to receive assistance from him in Trowbridge, Swindon, Glastonbury, Chippenham, and Frome.
Brooks has worked in the field of tax advice for over 30 years. He qualified in southern England while being employed by an independent organisation. Following on from this achievement, he gained a post in a large accountancy firm before relocating to Jersey via East Anglia. Brooks said how pleased he is to be taken on by Monahans, especially given the size of the firm.
