Preston has a date with indie-pop

The four-piece indie outfit Corella is now back on the road and due to play a gig in Preston in mid-March.

Having formed in Manchester in 2016 after meeting whilst at university, the band are widely recognised for delivering upbeat alternative pop songs. The band itself consists of Joel Smith on lead vocals and guitar, Ben Henderson on bass plus vocals, Jack Taylor on guitar and drummer James Fawcett.

Their success can be measured by their more than 11 million streams and in excess of 300,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. They have also attracted the backing of ITV's This Morning and Manchester United FC.

Corella is now a favourite on the festival circuit, giving some well-received performances most notably at Truck Festival, YNOT and The Great Escape.

Autumn 2021 saw them join The Snuts and The Reytons in a series of shows around the UK. The time since has been spent working on new material for their first EP.

They just recently rocked out at Reading and Leeds Festival's BBC Introducing stage and have completed a UK tour, which included sell-out shows in London, Manchester and Sheffield.

Tickets cost £12.10 inclusive of a booking fee. Stationery printers can be a valuable resource when involved in preparations for a forthcoming concert or musical event.

Corella's gig has a starting time of 7pm on Tuesday 14th March at The Ferret, Preston.
