Dave O’Keefe, the founder of Luxus Design, is optimistic about the future. He told the Lancashire Evening Post:
“All we had to do is make sure to deliver the best possible service because if you provide a good service, people come back.”
O’Keefe started out with the assistance of an old friend. Lewis Birch is the co-owner of the new organisation and the pair’s relationship grew closer due to going to walks together during the pandemic lockdown. The partnership in part flowed from O’Keefe’s frustration, as he been furloughed and was not excited by the prospect of remote working.
Birch and O’Keefe realised that they have complementary skills, with Birch having a business mind, and O’Keefe bringing marketing flair. Luxus Design already has seven workers and a showroom. The initial level of demand surprised O’Keefe and he has confidence in relation to future spending.
Luxus Design is a parent firm that stands behind four brands: Just Blinds and Shutters, Just Bedrooms, Just Baths and Just Radiators. All of these are standalone businesses.
