New name for relaunched Preston restaurant
The Preston-based eatery once known as A Mano has been relaunched as Palm Court.
Palm Court is situated in the centre of the city. Located on Guildhall Street, the restaurant has a fresh appearance to match its new name.
A name change was deemed necessary because the owners are looking to boost the numbers of midweek customers. Professionally printed letterheads can be helpful for businesses aiming to raise their game and increase their footfall.
Chris Maughan is the current operator of the restaurant, and he felt that a switch in culinary style, coupled with an improved menu, might well assist in attracting diners in the future. Explaining the rationale behind his decision, he stated:
“Unless a restaurant is able to be busy during the week, it is hard to survive, even if you have really busy weekend. That’s why you’re seeing many restaurants close not just in the city but elsewhere.”
People who enjoy the simplicity of fish and chips will not be disappointed at Palm Court, while vegetarians are catered for with a falafel burger. Seasonal produce will be used to add variety to the mix.
