A festival dedicated to gin and rum is headed back to the borough of Enfield for summertime 2025 due to popular demand.
Palmer's Green residents who enjoy drinking spirits are in luck this summer. Just eight minutes away in Pymmes Mews, The Enfield Gin and Rum Festival will be making a welcome return in June and the Old Bakery Gin Rum & Whisky Distillery is presenting the popular event.
Designed for informed enthusiasts and amateurs alike, the 12-hour event is free to attend and promises partygoers drinks, food and live music. There will be a variety of vendors serving up a wide selection of rum and gin on the day from homegrown labels to respected makers from overseas. When distillers showcase their drinks at festivals and fairs, they sometimes carry branded Business Cards that feature their Logo Design to pass to potential contacts.
Established back in 1860, The Old Bakery Gin Ltd was founded by a plumber called Ian Puddick after he discovered his office (a former Bakery in Palmers Green) was the site where bakers illegally made gin.
The Enfield Gin and Rum Festival will be at Old Bakery Gin Rum & Whisky Distillery on Saturday, June 28. The drinks event kicks off at 11 am and ends at 11 pm and the distillery is located at 2 to 3 Pymmes Mews in Enfield.
