Enfield to enjoy Polish cuisine

An event celebrating the culinary wonders of Poland is taking place at an Enfield arts centre near Palmers Green later this year.

Foodies in Palmers Green are in for a treat this spring. Just 11 minutes away from the North London suburb an event called “Enfield FEASTS! with Ren Behan” is taking place as part of a monthly supper club series. Those attending can enjoy an evening dedicated to the gastronomy of Poland led by Behan, a celebrated British Polish food writer.

Organisers of dining and drinks events sometimes rely on professional printing services to create stylish Menus on high-quality paper that list dishes on offer for guests.

Behan is the author of several Books including “The Sweet Polish Kitchen”, “Modern Polish Recipes” and “Wild Honey and Rye”. In her writing she celebrates Poland’s rich culinary history while presenting recipes that have modern flavours.

The evening kicks off with canapés and drinks and a special discussion where the writer shares tales of her culinary journey, family recipes and trips to the breakfast markets of Warsaw. Guests can then enjoy a dinner with multiple courses featuring Polish treats like szarlotka, golabki, Mama’s Bigos and homemade pickles.

Enfield FEASTS! with Ren Behan will run at the Dugdale Arts Centre on March 7. The centre is simple to find at 39 London Road in the Borough of Enfield.
