The 80s frontman Matt Goss is on tour with his show The Matt Goss Experience and is due to appear in Oxford at the end of March.
This enigmatic pop star was the lead singer of the successful teen band Bros. They had numerous chart hits in the UK, Australia and Europe in the 1980s. These included 13 Top Five singles, notably ‘When Will I Be Famous’, and album sales of more than 16 million.
Bros headlined two world tours playing such major venues as Tokyo's Buddha Kahn and the Sydney Entertainment Centre. He also performed at a sellout Wembley Stadium at the age of 20 to a crowd of over 70,000 fans.
Matt later moved to Los Angeles and had considerable success there as a performer and songwriter. He wrote the lead duet as well as the finale for the hit French musical Cleopatré.
A Las Vegas headliner for a decade or more, Matt is now back with the big band sound of the Royal Philharmonic. This show consists of his most popular tracks, some new material and a heartfelt tribute to the songwriter Cole Porter.
Ticket prices begin at £40.72 inclusive of a booking fee. It is worthwhile considering the value of banner printing when it comes to promoting a concert or musical event.
The Matt Goss Experience has a starting time of 7.30pm Wednesday 29th March at The New Theatre, Oxford.
