Ofsted inspectors spent time at Lutterworth College throughout April, during which period the school was assessed and scored against a range of objectives. The school narrowly missed out on scoring the covetable 'outstanding' accolade but by receiving a 'good' rating, and the school's staff and students seemed pleased.
The principal of the school, Andrew Cooper, spoke about this achievement, saying:
“We are pleased with the report but not complacent and we are already working to bring about further improvements. Our aim is to be an outstanding local comprehensive school for Lutterworth and the surrounding areas. With the opening of the Frank Whittle Studio School in September 2014, this is a school that is going places.”
The senior leadership team at Lutterworth College received high praise as part of the report, which described the team as having a clearly mapped-out vision of the future and how to create the necessary improvements at the school.
Schools often use their Ofsted results to attract new pupils, either by explaining Ofsted results in a printed prospectus or brochure, or by displaying their overall rating on Banners on the public-facing walls of school property, which can be created by local printing companies that offer banner printing services.
Lutterworth College students also received a good review in the Ofsted report, with pupils being described as being enthusiastic, responsible, polite and well-behaved.Get a Free Quote for Banners
