TfL takes care of Acton airline passengers

Transport for London (TfL) has put measures in place to help travellers from Acton over the Christmas period.

UK passengers are now being warned by TfL of impending travel issues expected during the festive period. A statement issued has explained that Heathrow Airport will be inaccessible by both underground and rail services.

A statement from TfL explained:

“We work closely with Network Rail on all closures on our railway and are aware that as a result of closures on both networks that there will be no rail service between Heathrow Airport and central London on Boxing Day.”

Enterprises and organisations can rely on professional printing services to create informative signage displaying details of delays, disruptions, and other important information to the public.

Both TfL and Network Rail are planning major engineering works for Boxing Day, which meaning passengers won’t be able to use Tube and rail services to get to Heathrow on what is typically one of the airport’s busiest days in the year.

Welcome news for passengers in the Acton area is that TfL has taken action to ensure travellers will still have transportation available to make their flights.

TfL has now confirmed that it will be providing a replacement bus service that will operate between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport along with non-stop coaches shuttling between Hammersmith and Heathrow’s Terminal 2, 3 and 5.
