Close to 50% of the grades secured by pupils at Twyford Church of England High School were at the 7 to 9 level. This is more than twice the percentage for the country overall. A total of 49% of pupils at the Acton school graded at this level, whereas for the UK as a whole it was 22%.
The school also comfortably surpassed the national average for grade 5 or over and grade 4 or over. 82% of its pupils achieved the former grade, compared with 56% for the entire country. Meanwhile, 91% gained the latter level qualification, while it was just 67% nationally.
