North Acton distillers join forces with South London brewers

The Bimber Distillery in North Acton is working alongside Peckham’s Brew By Numbers on a selection of new products.

The recent collaboration will see the manufacturers combine their respective stouts and whiskies to showcase their qualities in a series of unique offerings.

The first collaborative product issued is a 10 percent alcohol beer that combines Bimber’s whisky with Brew By Numbers’ classic recipe for Imperial Stout, presented in a black tin emblazoned with the number 64 in gold.

The beer has been described as being well-balanced, rich and complex, with the distinctive profile of Bimber whisky. Tom Hutchings, founder of Brew By Numbers said:

“This release is the first step in a series of collaborations with Bimber. Having taken several casks of their first fill ex bourbon single malt, we decided to age an Imperial Stout in these incredible vessels.

The casks used to produce the first collaboration in the collection are currently in Brew By Numbers’ barrel store, based in Peckham, but once they are emptied for distribution later on this year, they will be sent back to Bimber’s North Acton distillery.

Companies in the drinks trade can sometime use Graphic Design Services to create professional branding for the beverages they produce.

The facility on Sunbeam Road in Park Royal will be the base for another upcoming project from the two drinks makers.
