Dutch DJ has sights set on Acton
The internationally successful DJ Martin Garrix is due to headline a major UK show, which will take place in Acton in mid-August.
This DJ and record producer runs STMPD RCRDS, which is his private label. Reportedly inspired by watching Tiësto at the 2004 Athens Olympics, he opted to follow a music career while graduating from school with honours.
Garrix first came to public attention when Fatboy Slim included the track 'Error 404' in his set at Ultra Music Festival in 2013. Within a couple of years, he was spinning discs himself onstage. Initial commercial success though came with 'Animals', which reached the Top 10 in a host of countries.
Synonymous with hits such as “In the Name of Love”, Garrix has established a worldwide reputation for high-energy performances, engaging visuals and anthemic songs.
The youngest artist ever to perform at the Ultra Music Festival, Garrix has collaborated with many of the best-known acts in the industry - most notably Avicii, Tiësto, Rexha and Usher, among others.
The support on this occasion includes Bunt and Steve Angello.
Tickets cost £59.92 inclusive of a transaction fee. Services like banner printing can assist in the promotion of a concert or musical event like this one.
Martin Garrix's show has a start time of 1.00 pm on Saturday, 16 August at Gunnersbury Park, Acton.
