Dubbed Acton Towers, the newly approved scheme will now be constructed on Bollo Lane in London’s Acton district. An artist’s impression of what the completed site will look like has been released to the press, showing modern looking structures with a glass façade entrance for future residents. Property developers can sometime employ expert Graphic Design Services to create Brochures outlining their new residential projects to potential investors.
Acton Towers will offer 852 new homes that will be spread across nine separate buildings on Bollo Lane, covering 3.6 hectares in total and stretching from Acton Town underground station to the level crossing heading down to Chiswick.
Head of Property Development for TfL, Jonathan Cornelius, commented on the approval:
“It is fantastic news to get the go ahead for our Plans at Bollo Lane in Acton Town. The proposals have been designed to reflect the area’s heritage and context, such as the Grade II-listed station next to it.”
Cornelius added that receiving a greenlight for the project was an important project milestone, and that TfL would now be searching for an appropriate partner capable of delivering the homes swiftly.
On completion, the massive site will also create over 2,300 square metres worth of commercial property space.
