Catalyst, a housing association, and the Acton developer Mount Anvil recently confirmed it will supply an extra 106 residences classed as affordable housing in phase one of their joint venture Friary Gardens. Developers seeking to outline their project Plans to investors will sometimes employ professional brochure printing services to create branded literature for distribution.
Along with providing additional options for those seeking affordable homes around Acton, Mount Anvil and Catalyst also responded to Ealing’s recently submitted “Ealing’s Tall Buildings Position Statement”. After listening to members of the community, project heads have confirmed that they will be altering their plans and capping the height of the Friary Gardens Buildings.
In a statement, a director at Mount Anvil, Marcus Bate, stated that the development business is founded in listening, commenting that:
“We’ve listened to concerns about the proposed increase in height to the four tallest buildings at Friary Park and we are collaborating closely with Ealing’s planners to find a better solution, which achieves the same community benefits.”
Now, the housing association and developer will work alongside local council members and experts at the Greater London Authority to revise the scheme while ensuring it delivers on public spaces and amenities.
The regeneration project initially received planning permission in 2019 to build 990 homes, out of which 45 percent would be affordable.
