Acton to host overnight gong celebrations

In honour of the winter solstice, Acton is set to host a relaxing night of gongs led by masters of the ancient instrument.

Attendees are invited to take part in a relaxing and meditative experience during the night that begins with some gentle Kundalini yoga exercises and an informative talk on gongs.

Throughout the night-long event, which will take place at the Acton Old Library in London, several gongs will be sounded creating vibrations and harmonics designed to create inner peace and tranquillity.

While the event location will be heated, those joining in the gong night are advised to dress in warm and comfortable clothes. Guests are welcome to bring blankets, duvets, sleeping Bags or yoga mats for the overnight experience.

Organisers of unique occasions can sometimes use brochure printing services to create informative Booklets outlining a timetable of events for those taking part.

After the night of gongs, there will be half an hour of silence at 5:30am, followed by a morning meditation. When this is complete, those taking part can share food and hot drinks they’ve brought in a group breakfast.

Tickets for this unique event are available for £60 per person and £50 for concessions. The All Night Gong journey will be held between 9pm on December 21 and 7am on December 22.
