A series of Saturday markets are set to take place in Acton over the summer designed to showcase produce and products from artists and growers in the area.
Registered community-focused charity Acton ARTification has announced summer dates for its popular Art and Plant Market for 2023. Held on the last Saturday of the month, the event invites members of the community to bring their friends and family to a fresh local market at the North Acton Playing fields.
ARTification is committed to its belief that creativity and art can transform communities and its continuing vision is to connect places and people through art via its initiatives like the upcoming market in Acton.
Its mission is to aid equality of opportunity and encourage strength of diversity by responding to community needs and creating art projects that catalyse change.
