A unique callout to budding artists will soon take place in Acton.
Famed for its cocktails and circus performers, Acton’s acclaimed pub The Aeronaut will be hosting a life drawing class like no other in September. Dubbed “Neon Naked Life Drawing” the upcoming evening event will offer artists the rare opportunity to create works using reactive art materials to depict multitalented performers and life models.
Renowned for her work with the Hoxton’s National Centre of Circus Arts and her contemporary creative art, performer Jordi Ripley will perform rope tricks and acrobatics while coated in glowing paint and lit by UV illumination. As a result, those attending will be able to capture her expert movements and abilities on paper.
Two different sessions are available for the Acton life drawing class. The first runs from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and the second between 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm.

The Neon Naked Life Drawing event will take place at The Aeronaut public house located at 264 Acton High Street in London on Tuesday, September 20. The nearest underground connections are the local Acton stations, with connections available on the all-new Elizabeth Line.
