Vaughn’s Pfaff Automotive Partners recently hosted its very first job fair and, according to the company, it was a success.
The event was held to give potential employees a chance to meet the management and staff, to ask questions, and to learn more about the operation and the benefits of working for it.
An interactive paint booth tutorial was also available for them to try out for themselves. The available positions were not just within collision repair, but also in the firm’s broad network of dealers.
The organizers were hoping to attract not only those who were already employed in the automotive repair industry, but also those who may be looking for a possible new career.
Along with the opportunity to meet personnel from the business, those who came out had a chance to take a tour of the operation. The event took place on April 11th from 10:00am until 3:00pm, and over 100 people showed up. A representative of the company noted that the job fair was held because it has been experiencing a lot of growth, and new talent is needed to fill a variety of positions. It currently provides employment for 450 people.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
