Canada’s Wonderland normally draws people in with its rides and midway games, but in June, the Vaughan theme park will turn its attention to thrilling tastebuds with a food and drink festival.
The event, called the Annual Brew & BBQ Festival, will bring together dozens of small breweries to present an assortment of craft brews and ciders. This will include well-known Ontario breweries such as Steam Whistle and Muskoka, as well as special exclusive brews created by Indie Ale House. There will also be a food menu including barbecue items such as ribs, burgers and chicken. Events like these can provide vital exposure to smaller microbreweries, which often provide free Promotional Products, such as glasses or coasters, to encourage repeat business.
There will also be live music and entertainment provided throughout the weekend. The Brew & BBQ Festival is designed to complement the theme park’s regular operations, with attendance included with park admission. The festival is one of several special events that Wonderland uses throughout the year to drive people to the park, including holiday fireworks, the two week “KidZFest” and three “Taste of” events highlighting the cuisine of Portugal, Ireland and the Caribbean held in August.
The 2022 edition of the Canada’s Wonderland Brew & BBQ festival will take place between June 24 and 26 on the theme parks’ grounds in Vaughan.
