Residents of the Vaughan region are being encouraged to attend a meeting to learn more about the status of a new hospital which is set to be built in the area over the next few years.
The get-together will be hosted by the president of the firm behind the new facility, Mackenzie Health, along with help from a number of other involved parties.
Part of the meeting will involve a discussion of the framework for developing the lands. It will also cover issues such as building heights, road access and the exact location of the building on the land.
The plan has been adjusted to suit the needs and requests of the community. For example, the building has been lowered at the northern end of the property to minimize impact on homes in the adjacent area.
According to the city’s mayor, this is an important first step in the construction of the new hospital, which is scheduled to open at some point in 2019.
The facility, which is to be built on a 82-acre lot of land situated at Jane St and Major MacKenzie Drive, will house not only a hospital but a number of other health-related services, such as doctors’ offices, dental clinics, medical laboratories, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care beds, and also educational and conference facilities.
When new healthcare facilities open, there tends to be a need for items such as Stationery, Business Cards, Brochures, and Booklets. A professional Print company will no doubt be called upon to provide the necessary materials.
The meeting will take place tomorrow from 7:00-9:00pm at the Richmond Hill Centre for Performing Arts.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Print Get a Free Quote for Booklets Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Stationery
