Burger chain to open in Vaughan

A burger chain based in Vancouver is launching in Ontario, with Vaughan set to be one of its first stops.

Triple O’s, originally a spin-off of the White Spot restaurant chain, was first launched on the West Coast in 1977, and it now includes 71 locations in British Columbia, Alberta and Hong Kong. Its Vaughan location will offer drive-through and delivery, as well as the ability to order through the chain’s app and its Triple “O” Tuesdays promotion. The menu offers burgers with a choice of beef, chicken, fish and veggie patties, as well as a breakfast menu, a range of milkshakes, a variety of fries and other sides. The restaurant name refers to its signature “Triple O” sauce.

The Vaughan location will be the second to open out of a planned 30 restaurants across Ontario over the next two years, the first being a Mississauga franchise that opened earlier this month. The new locations will include traditional stand-alone restaurants, as well as drive-through shops in gas stations and the chain’s On the Go Truck, and it will eventually expand to include a second location in Vaughan.

When moving into a new area, restaurant chains often make extensive use of tools like flyer printing and local media to introduce themselves to potential customers.

The Triple O’s first location in Vaughan will be located on Zenway Boulevard off Highway 27, and it will open in April 2021.
