Three accounting companies from the Mississauga area have recently decided to come together to form a single, larger enterprise.
The new body, which will be one of the largest practices in the western GTA area of Mississauga, was formed from a merger between Lemoine Hyland LLP, James Hyland Professional Corporation, and Giannandrea Partnership LLP.
They have all been in operation for many years, and according to partner Rav Grover, the partnership seemed like the next logical step. The name for the new firm is Hufton Valvano Grover Phillipp LLP.
The company will aim to provide clients with access to a wide range of areas of expertise, including distribution, technology, manufacturing, construction, transportation, owner-managed business, real estate, individuals with a high net worth, not-for-profit groups, and investment corporations. Services include tax consulting, strategic business services, accounting, and auditing services.
With the members bringing a wide variety of experience, they aim to provide customers with many different services all under one roof.
The location for the new office is 1599 Hurontario Street in Mississauga.
