Business success often includes a lot of give and take, and a Mississauga workshop will soon equip members of the local corporate community with a new set of negotiation skills.
The Canadian Management Centre is hosting this workshop as learning how to negotiate can lead to business prosperity, but the skill does not always come naturally. The participants in the session will discover how they can sharpen this skill, and they can expect to walk away with some new techniques they can draw upon.
During the day-long workshop, the group will be guided through an exploration of how they are likely already negotiating every day, whether it is when allocating project funding or resources, assigning tasks or working with clients. It will then supply the group with ways to expand on this. The workshop will be a hands-on function with a focus on taking a win-win approach, which can be applied to a variety of situations.
