Mississauga vegetarians and vegans will soon be uniting for an event that will offer living proof of how easy it can be to give up animal products.
Mississauga Veg Fest, which bills itself as being the city’s premier festival for vegans, will also welcome those who would like to learn ways they can include more plant-based products in their life. In previous years, the function has attracted hundreds of local and national-level vendors, which have distributed free samples. Promotional Products are often given away at events like this.
The celebration will bring together vegans, animal lovers, foodies and many others, and they will be able to browse through the vendor booths, stopping by any that catch their interest. The application system to set up shop in the function is still open to small businesses and anyone interested, and it's expected that at least 10,000 visitors will attend the event.
To help make this event a big success, the planners have put out a call out to the public to get involved as volunteers. There are lots of ways to lend a hand, and more details about this are available on the Veg Fest website.
